REQUIREMENTS

• Proof of residence (Neighborhood declaration; Utility bill for electricity or water)
• Business proof (Market declaration, License, or Permit)
• Investment plan/purpose
• Publication in the Official Gazette (BR)
• ID/Passport of the Applicant, Co-signer, and/or Guarantor
• Recent 12-month bank statement of the client
• Tax Identification Number (NUIT)

• Personal and/or real guarantees, defined during the credit risk analysis.
• Mortgage with comprehensive insurance coverage.
